So what is the nature of the Will that Love should be under?
Divine Will.
They say Japan was made by a sword. They say the old gods dipped a coral blade into the ocean, and when they pulled it out four perfect drops fell back into the sea, and those drops became the islands of Japan. I say, Japan was made by a handful of brave men. Warriors, willing to give their lives for what seems to have become a forgotten word: honor. -The Last Samurai
Practitioners of the "Cult of Crowley" seem to have tragic lives. Love under Will is a part of the inner teachings of Wicca, it is not unique to Crowley or Thelema. There are many methods to achieve alignment with Divine Will, any one of which, if properly followed, will reach the goal. One needs to open one's self to communion with the Divine, through active effort. It would take much more space and time than we reasonably have in this forum to cover everything related to this subject.
It seems to me, from my own observation, that the problem with Thelemites in general seems to be ego-driven. I have witnessed similar behavior among some Third-Degree Wiccans in my own community. I think that, much like some Masons, the inner work of the Second Degree was not properly undertaken. In Wicca, the Second Degree is primarily about inner shadow work. Some traditions have a structure of study that comprises a "year and a day." True inner work can't be achieved in a set time-frame, each individual is unique.
