From personal studies & observations, I have observed numerous re-packaged Ancient Mysteries/Secret Wisdom themes in the various religions, sacred texts & literature, legends & mythologies, Freemasonry, sacred geometry, hollywood movies etc
An interesting source of re-packaged ancient wisdom, are the super-hero themes and characters which appear to be coded guides to awakening latent powers of man
SUPERMAN-: wears a predominantly blue(female/passive energies) and red(male/active energies) costume. A Closer examination of the S in the inverted triangle on his check reveals it to be a 'serpent', with the S symbolizing both the S shape of the spine and an abbreviation for 'superman'.
To better understand the concept being presented, we need to reference the Caduceus of Mercury...by perfectly balancing ida & pingala serpents(male/female energies), the kundalini(cosmic fire/serpent) is raised
Hence the Superman is a man, who by perfect equilibrium between the red & blue energies, has successfully raised his kundalini, thereby manifesting the god within
CAPTAIN AMERICA-: symbolizes the same concept as Superman, except in this case, the kundalini serpent is replaced with the blazing star. Thus by perfect balancing of the dual energies/forces of nature, the power of spirit is unleashed
GREEN LANTERN-: Here he wears predominantly green costume. I am yet to figure out what the green symbolizes(though the convention use is for earth element). Interestingly note the Universal Green Lantern Corps, to which the American Green lantern belong. Members accross the cosmos are able to tap to a central energy source via a mystical ring, powered by the collective wills of entities accross the Universe.
Recall the legend of The Ring of Gyges..relate it with the ring of the green lantern. Try to relate the central energy source of the lantern ring and relate it to The Azoth of the philosophers...Fohat of the Theosophists/Tibetans...Great Magical Agent of the magicians....Universal Life Force.....Baphomet......The Sun etc
The Fantastic Four-: Who in my own opinion are coded references to the 4 elements. Ben(Stone chap) symbolic of Earth, Johnny(Fire guy) symbolic of Fire, The chap who stretches to any shape or length symbolic for water which takes any shape or length..and finally Sue(yet to figure out how she may relate to Air)
The list is endless...our super-hero comics are basically re-packaged Mystery School teachings. Any thoughts on my posts?
