The traditional rather binary view of truth does not translate easily into metaphysical contexts. This is because:
- truth is a reification - every word in a description is already embedded in social contexts/meanings.
Thus the process of investigating metaphysical scenarios requires a tolerance of ambiguity beyond the human norm.
In this case the scenario is:
"It may well be that terrestrial humans as a group have been lost and their rediscovery of their true nature enables a fuller expression of the sounds of that kingdom of Creation. Thus the human kingdom aspires to contribute a full chord to the Song of Creation"
Immediately it is obvious that there are a number of qualifiers used in the scenario. Thus we have:
- terrestrial humans - as a group - true nature - fuller expression - that kingdom - full chord.
These qualifiers are not random but are there to exclude variant scenarios.
The specificity of the scenario improves the process of testing.
- visualise the pavement of a lodge (with tassels at the corners) - visualise a sheet of paper with the above scenario written on it - move the paper around the pavement and including to the corners.
