There is no a priori reason why the heavenly drama of Isis and Osiris would not re-enact itself periodically through the ages using the most highly evolved species of life on earth at that time as its actors and stage. I have, over the last number of years, established a relationship with the archetypes of the planets themselves; not difficult to do if one already is am Aghori tantric, an astrologer and a stargazer, and then take up Qabalah on top of that; one gets results very quickly; it is possible to interact consciously with the Archetype of the Great Architect, which archetype is of course, Saturn. Another of the archetypes is the Black Virgin. As a former votary of the Black Virgin I was able to elicit a response very quickly from the Universe. This I can say authoritatively that there was indeed such a drama played out on the earthly plain with human actors at one point. . .

There is certainly some interesting geometry in the landscape.
I once saw a map of France showing that cathedrals dedicated to Mary marked out the shape of the constellation Virgo covering much of the country. Why would any one bother to do that?
I can tell you that in David Ovason's book "The Secret Zodiacs of Washington DC", that the city of Washington is ORIENTED towards the constellation of Virgo, i.e. the constellation associated with the Black Virgin. I assume the SAME applies in France; there are MANY shrines to the Black Virgin in France. I am also of the opinion that Rosslyn Chapel was consecrated as a Temple of the Black Virgin; I was told by an "insider" that Rosslyn was "renovated" by a group of Freemasons in the mid-1800s ; I have NEVER seen that particular tidbit mentioned in any of its literature!

I don't understand why Dan Brown hasn't discovered David Ovason's books! (D. Ovason wrote "The Zelator". He also has a GREAT book out on eclipses)

I suspect however that architects when they can plan a city centre do use geometries can have esoteric interpretations even when the architect is instinctive rather than deliberate in the choices
I still do not know why cathedrals in France mark out a plan that can only be seen from Earth orbit.

There is no reason why it could not have been seen from space by adepts who could astrally project. I have done this myself. It is also possible that the "Planetary Archetypes" had a hand in the positioning; I have seen any number of odd things become possible once the Archetypes take charge of matters! People have no idea why they feel compelled to do things; they just 'do" them. I have questioned people who I have seen behave in accordance with archetypal forces, and they have NO IDEA why they did what they did; at best they come out with "it seemed like the right thing to do" . At worst, they have no idea what I am talking about; it is as though the behaviour occurred and they did not "notice" it, or it was 'wiped" from their memory..

Artists compose paintings using geometry, no reason why architects would not do the same. Mind you I do agree that a lot of the time it is instinctive use of geometry.

I recall the design of a hall by two architects I knew well.
The plan was drawn as 1:100 and thus metric. The hall contained 5 pillars making a pentagon.
When a circle was drawn around the pillars it was exactly the size required to correspond to the Sun transiting the 12 signs of the zodiac at 10 years to the inch.
Thus it was designed in metric but its meaning was imperial
There were many other ratios present that were not intended by the architects
