Loving myself feels good.

It turns out, a lot of my endless misery I experienced my first 40 years, was from hating myself. Programs passed down from generations.

I have gotten to the point, where I am able to just barely scratch the surface of loving (respecting/honoring/cherishing) my self.

I cannot tell you how good it feels- like a, "Dream come true".

I had been fighting myself all of my life, and no wonder I was so miserable!

I wish this revelation could be poured out on all humans. This world would be so much of a better place for it.

I am also finding laughter with many more things. The old me never would have cracked a smile.

The newer me, is laughing heartily.

It is good!
