Coming down from alcohol, something positive

I have been drinking a lot, I think the equivalent of six bottles of wine or perhaps eight.

As usual, I have been angry on line, but now, less so (As I am healing/forgiving/letting go)

I said some hateful things, however, several people responded with kindness back, and I felt myself connecting positively with them.

I am discovering that, embracing a forgiving attitude, and connecting with people that way, is superior to my default angry/afraid attitude

My parents taught me to fear and hate every other human, however, connecting positively, feels much better

I am re-watching old episodes of Columbo, and am seeing, humans progress even from those times

It seems as if things are getting better
