So, after discussing with Paul, it seems we only have few options for practicing of specific exercises:
1. The Flame in the Heart method 2. Rising on the Planes (concealed method) 3. Transcendental Meditation (TM) mantras specifically (for some reason) 3. Normal sports activities 4. Work on harmonious relationships with humans 5. Om Mani Padme Hum mantra is OK, but should not be used with intent of Daoist use of Om
Here's what practices will directly connect you with the energy of the former solar system:
1. Any form of martial arts, including any of its forms 2. Yoga, including its physical movements, since they all move energy 3. Qigong of any kind since it is based on Daoism 4. Neigong of any kind since it is based on Daoism 5. Internal Alchemy of any kind since it is based on Daoism 6. Zen meditation 7. Buddhist mantras that are transitional from prior solar system to current are best not practiced either 8. Sponteanous kriyas (spoteneanous movement exercises/techniques) are best avoided and reduced
Is everyone here on the forum sticking to the above-mentioned practices? Curious to hear people's experiences.

For me, in years gone by it was Martial arts. I felt a karate connection when I was at school simply from picking a book up. Though it took me decades to practice it in this lifetime.
Then it was marathons, triathlons and duathlons. I found my own version of what I know know as the flame in the heart exercise, simply by being desperate to improve my lot, practicing for hours daily for many years. Paul has given me nudges when required (eg an opera and the sword in the spine).
Just now I am being severely tested (by which I mean extensively) ethically in my dreams. I thought that it had stopped but is back with a vengeance. The result I am not sleeping much which has knock over consequences to my energy levels. But nonetheless it is fascinating. I can often remember my dreams for twenty minutes after waking. Tonight’s was a humdinger, helping, non sexually, two women who have shown prior kindness to me. The level of detail. I am having fun trying to move around energy levels trying to source where the testing is coming from, but have so far only hit a block of a famous remote viewer. One day I expect I will pierce behind this veil to identify the source.
My approach nowadays is a bit more applied (identifying what is happening in the real world) as opposed to pure (theory on myself) though obviously I still do that. I am finding it particularly useful to gain ‘experience’ from what could be called fantasy work (Vegas, now ended; swimming the oceans; fine wine; mansions). I use this for ‘experience’ and moral testing. Eg this wine or that wine and why.
In very simple terms the best work for me was the decades spent, daily several hours, trying to give my little light room to breathe by working out why I did what I did and looking behind the scenes for hidden reasons, then working to ensure that future similar daily decisions were better. It was tough, but it seems to have worked.

For me the fundamental question is always: Within the aura of which entity is the practice done?
This is an experimental question.
Thus it is difficult to make accurate statements about practices without context in which the practice occurs
For example "Normal sports activities" may include teams that use ill will to win
And Om Mani Padme Hum mantra may not be progressive for someone at first stage enlightenment who is dealing with "the dark night of the soul".
All the yoga practitioners I have examined have been working with second solar system energies, but I do not know how representative is my sample

Is it possible to take a technique and use that technique in both first and second solar system energy fields? Obviously that is true. Breathing worked in both versions of the solar system.
It may be that 25% of surface human adults have already learned to control their physical desires and energies. Most of them would be wasting time putting much energy in Neigong, regardless of within the aura of which entity the practice was occurring.

Unless one is transitioning from the first energy system to the second and perhaps finding a transitional practice useful

There is a difference between a spontaneous movement and a technique. The discharge of energy is the important factor - preferably a smooth release but more vigorous/violent according to the extent of the blockage.
Kriyas are not the objective.
What then for techniques to control mental processes?
I tend to use whatever works at the time. Sometimes things similar to or if not Tai chi. Sometimes I just sit with my eyes closed.. often in the tub. Sometimes I try to visualise and sometimes I just try to harmonize with the energy.
For me it's not a process to achieve a goal. It is a goal or point infront of me so I use what works best to achieve that connection.
My way is no better than one way or anyone else's way and vice versa. We all connect in different ways and have to navigate our way through that with the path of least resistance. Mostly this means.. lots of practice.
We cannot understand what we do not know and we do not know it completely until we have failed. The process is growth/progress.
I felt I should add for just normal operation with the energies/thoughts. Again I just use what I know to achieve an optimal outcome. An issue or problem seeks a solution. I offer a solution best suited to resolve it. If this issue or problem includes myself then I am learning a lesson. I have to aquire a solution, but again ending with a over all resolution.

By what you said Sammy it sounds like you're essentially OK using whatever technique as long as it gets the job done - so in reality have no issues at all using old solar systemic energy to deal with possible issues. For instance, many Neigong systems work directly with energy in the body - but they are not within the aura of the current solar system entity - a god of love. So even though practicing neigong systems may prove useful for a particular job - you are, in my understanding, actually moving backward in terms of spiritual evolution.

If my heart wasn't used toward my resolutions I doubt I would get so far.
My goal here was to show there is many ways to connect. Also as you pointed out.. many intentions people hold for connecting.
To understand solutions toward others is to understand more their hearts.
To understand solutions toward myself is to understand more my own heart.
I can believe my heart to be true and that is true. You can believe my heart to be nefarious and that would also be true.
Truth is more complicated when opinions of goals are at odds.
To have a set structure toward the love of God is to treat the light like a laser. A focused beam.
I see a spectrum of life though. Displaying life like a colorwheel of shapes and designs. I see our creators light like a ray of sun. Open and freely providing to the space given for its aquired mass.
To address the question directly. I do use MANY methods provided by Paul and others. The flame in the heart in particular. Some healing techniques foxfires had provided. A great many things can be helpfull if used correctly.
Today, as per Paul's recommendation, I first started with the following method:
There is a chakra just above the head. In Freemasonry it is veiled by the expression: the point within the circle, from which a Freemason cannot err.
Thus move your consciousness about 6 inches above your head and pull all your attention inside that sphere - including hands and feet.
Intend that only the cosmic parts of you be active. That should produce a bright light at the center of the sphere.
Step into that bright light and claim a reset/reboot of your human system.
If it works the bright light in the center may turn into a blue flame.
After getting a hang of it and actually demanding a complete reset of my human system (I literally spoke/demanded to the white sphere above my head that I had completely stepped into that I needed to reset my system) I am still in awe of what happened.
I felt a massive rush of energy - first it was my lower abdominal area that reacted then it built up into the solar plexus and then it suddenly exploded throughout my body and let to massive convulsions of my entire body - also known as Kriyas. But more similar to the Kriyas I've had during intense energetic transmission than otherwise. Extremely intense energy rushes throughout the entire body which lead to my arms and entire torso shaking itself and strange voices coming from my mouth as I felt the release of energy.
After this I went into stillness and my entire body started becoming extremely warm. Feet and hands (that are usually cold) suddenly started becoming very warm and my entire body felt warm and vitalised. I remained in the stillness for a while and then began focusing on the appearance of the Blue Flame in my Heart.
... I found that the blue flame was surrounded by some red as well - and found the white and golden light difficult to "see" but nevertheless had it spread throughout my entire body leading to more warmth. I found that my impression of the light throughout my entire body was more a vermillion colour than it was White-Gold which I found a bit interesting but have no good explanation for.

Hi Anshinodharma. Thoughts:
1. Remember I have been pushing myself since puberty, in the 1970s, but only stumbled across Paul c2000. Hence I am quite entrenched in what I know has worked for me.
2. I ‘blossomed’ around 2000 but then family from several generations, constant mental (diagnosed in some cases, just possible belligerence in others) illness, and physical disabilities, ground me down, until as recently as last November, when I simply said enough is enough. Since then my blood pressure is firmly in the normal range for the first time as long as I can remember, down from levels that worried doctors. (Not bad for someone who is morbidly obese I think). From 190/110 down to, I forget the precise top number but in normal range/70).
3. Paul’s appearance around 2000 (and others some of whom I suspect may no longer be with us) helped me through.
4. Paul is excellent at nudging you forwards, though I have difficulty with his language (devas, etc), but when I reflect on what Paul is explaining I can often get there using a conceptual framework that I understand (energy - which I know baffles others elsewhere).
5. As to whether I am moving backwards in terms of spiritual evolution, that’s a tricky one. I hope not, but equally as I have, for all intents and purposes, concluded my ‘audit’, given my life circumstances, maybe I am. There is little point in me moving further forward, on this planet at this time, without a significant change that is outwith my control, as explained before. And I do think that is now probably too late anyway even if it were to happen today. But that may be specific to me. I hope not as one perspective is rarely enough for balanced decision making by those above, in any sphere. Also I may be mistaken through my ego, or myself suffering from an undiagnosed mental illness.
6. But I see myself not simply as ‘Stewart Edwards’, born 1965. Which obviously and rationally I am. I also see myself as an energy (we all are) who reincarnates here from time to time, while doing whatever elsewhere. The further Paul has nudged me the more that I have come to understand this. Elsewhere I know some consider Paul as a possible cult leader, but that may just be part of the politics of Freemasonry or understanding. Who knows maybe they are correct. All hail Paul !
7. What I think matters most Anshinodharma is that we listen to ourselves, and remain aware of what is happening around us, and we, each and every one of us, find our way as best we can on the rocky twisty road of life.
8. Paul’s nudging works. At least for me. Even if I struggle to comprehend his conceptual framework from time to time.
