I had this thought just now..
Energy and mass are shared. So in effect all energy is tied to some form of mass and vice versa. I saw energy used for life connecting to all forms of life in this manner.
Sammy
Forgive me if I am about to teach you how to suck eggs, but be cautious, things can move quickly, overwhelm you, etc. It is a beautiful sight to feel (I don’t see it I feel it) that is for sure, but working on the basics never hurts anyone.
So here are some basic ways to start to feel energy. I know that there are other explanations but I am focusing on how you can learn to differentiate, which is a vital skill in more advanced work.
1. If you happen to be asexual (1% of the population are, while sex doesn’t absolutely nothing for them, most do it as society expects it to fit in) this won’t help. Consider when you have seen someone in the street who is average looking. Now consider someone who is, to you, hot as hell. You can probably feel the difference in how each makes you feel. That differentiation is what matters. As you do more work you have to learn to differentiate in finer and final detail. But this is a good place to start.
2. Now consider a time you have been in a room, a bar, a club, whatever, and through the crowd your eyes meet with someone else’s. But not the person with them, or next to them. You might be able to feel a connection and so might they (if you have the bottle to go over and say hi). Think of that connection to be an energy thread connecting you. Then work out why only them. Try to feel the energy connection. Also the differentiation between that thread and all of the energy in the room. It’s the work of years I warn you.
So now let’s move past what took me decades of trial and error to where you are.
You wrote: “So in effect all energy is tied to some form of mass and vice versa. I saw energy used for life connecting to all forms of life in this manner.“
3. I agree.
4. E=mc2 is very true. Consider the atomic make up of our atoms, there is a lot of space and electrical charge in there, and those atoms make you, me and everything else. Releasing or fusing that energy is how nuclear power works. So you are spot on.
5. I don’t ‘see’ I ‘feel’ but I will assume it’s similar in operation (and you know what they say about assumptions!). The fact that you can see it is a good place to be, but it is when you interact with it that the real wow happens. I have done this naturally, as opposed to pushing it, and it is the work of decades. So if you want to push it I can’t offer anything useful, except be cautious, be the tortoise and not the hare, else you might drive yourself mad. But if you are open to it, eg by walking through a park, every week, I did it by following the same route (in museums) to eliminate other effects and to try to be a bit scientific, you might find as the months and years pass, some trees or other life suddenly tap your shoulder and metaphorically say hi. If that happens just enjoy the moment for it could be many months before it happens again. But as the years pass can become routine. Don’t be selfish, if other life forms chose to interact with you, interact back, if they give you energy or moral support, remember that if they need any. It’s a two way process.
6. You have seen a blueprint, in a decade or two you might be able to, in effect, be part of that family. Just remember be the tortoise, learn to differentiate (eg why this tree and not that one), and try as best you can to feel (or see in your case) the energy flows. It’s a fascinating journey that can help you feel things like political events before they become conventional wisdom.
Hope that I haven’t bored you Sammy, or told you what you already know. I was just a little concerned that after seeing the connections you might decide to be the hare, which rarely ends well.
