When contemplating this I had an insight.
Given the three planes of Spiritual, Mental, and Physical in descending order it seems that what occurs on the Spiritual Plane is reflected in the Mental Plane, and what occurs in the Mental Plane is reflected in the Physical Plane.
That's all I have for now, just thought I'd share.
>Spiritual Plane is reflected in the Mental Plane, and what occurs in the Mental Plane is reflected in the Physical Plane
Quite correct.
When you learn the technique implicit in the 21 steps you will be able to detect and manage quite specific resonances, both down and up.
For example, I had a girl friend who would freeze up when some emotional trauma arose on 6.4. I found by experiment that giving her light on 4.6 (second lowest buddhic subplane) would bring her out in a few minutes. There is a strong resonance between 4.6 and 6.4.
Another woman I knew at that time had a similar symptom but she would come out of it when filled with light on 5.3 (lowest subplane of the soul body) Her trauma was on 6.3 and that resonated most easily with 5.3
One may find, in many situations, that trauma found on one level can be resolved on another level. It's a matter of determining where the problem is and where the corresponding solution lies.
