Those that read carefully the book Dune by Herbert may recall the statement that the human race lived on Mars before coming to Earth. Here is a NASA photo of the surface of Mars. (Unusually there is blue in the photo but I think it false color) Here we have river bed and on the top side there are 3 to 7 square indentations in the landscape and on the lower side of the river there are 6 to 9 square indentations. If it were an Earth photo then we would be looking at the remains of an abandoned river settlement.

I am inclined to believe there was sophisticated life on Mars back in the distant past. There must have been more water on the planet at one time but it became uninhabitable due to circumstances we know little about.

In Herbert's book about Arrakis (Mars) the secret of the planet was that there is a lot of water beneath the surface. He wrote that in 1965 but it was 50 years before Earth scientists announced that Mars does have a lot of water under the surface. How did he know?

I rather think that Herbert spent quite a lot of time in Masr (Egypt) where there may well be traditions about Mars.

Herbert could well be right about there being water under the surface of Mars. The question of how he knew that is probably fairly complex. He may have seen the planet on the inner planes.

I tend to use a sensate approach to a statement about the nature of Reality. Thus a statement that is solidly based should feel and sound solid.
Here is a simple experiment:
Say out loud: I ate strawberries yesterday. And then say out loud: I did not eat strawberries yesterday.
Which statement feels/sounds more solid?
This technique seems to work for statements about the future.
>humans are (could be) the drones Such might be done to settle disputes ...with beings from other worlds
I suspect that humans are much more valuable than that. Consider the many stories of aliens using humans for breeding purposes.
Consider also the occasional proposition by aliens that humans do not need technology to achieve whatever is wanted. (Humans can operate directly through intent. New Age types refer to that as "manifestation")
It is this metaphysical capacity that makes the human system so valuable. Having a human body is a great prize.
Then we get to questions such as:
- why does the human system have such profound constituents? - why don't humans know?

I suppose you could say that we have profound constituents because we are the microcosm. Humans don't 'know' because of illusion.

>because we are the microcosm
So prior to being a microcosm there must have been a why and a how.
So why are humans a microcosm?
How are humans a microcosm?
>don't 'know' because of illusion.
So why does that illusion exist in the first place? Do animals suffer from similar illusion?
How is that illusion resistant to being told what is true?

>the ate strawberries, did not eat em TEST seems like un necessarily testing of the energy
I have not noticed that the Earth energy objects to being tested. If it did then sciences would not advance.

Exodus 17:7 "And the name of the place was called Massah, and Meribah, because of the striving of the children of Israel, and because they tried the LORD, saying: 'Is the LORD among us, or not?'"
It seems that the Israelites ran out of water and questioned whether their Lord was with them.
It seems that their Lord found the question offensive.
Are parents offended by when their children question them? Sometimes.
How is the Lord of Israel so human-like in his taking offense at such an obvious question: If our Lord is looking after us, why do we not have enough water?
Personally I would choose a god less subject to human emotions.
The Israelites, however, were not allowed to choose because their god was a jealous god and allowed them to have no gods before him.

Prior to being a microcosm there must have been existence of some kind without the physical aspect. We are a microcosm because we are intended to perfect ourselves, as divine beings, in the physical form and complete nature by growing beyond it and becoming spiritual beings. Illusion exists to "keep up out of Eden" and teach us to see through appearances and understand that perfect freedom is only found in perfect service. Animals are closer to the inner planes and can suffer from illusion at the hands of humans or more intelligent animals.

Those seem to me to be theological propositions - and thereby, by tradition, do not require evidence only consistency with existing theological beliefs.
If spiritual science exists then it should be possible to test propositions.
Using the "working tools" in a "moral sense" might be a good start in measuring what is true to what.

I see what you mean. All the working tools in masonry are invested with a moral significance to enable humanity to understand that what is good and true is right within ourselves as human beings and that we are the key to the perfection and completion of nature.

Are the working tools in the ritual are actually symbols illustrating some practices veiled by allegory?
If so, what is veiled?

The working tools symbolise the reality of the truth within ourselves as speculative masonry teaches us. Humanity has the responsibility to act morally in order to complete the Great Work. The working tools help us. If they illustrate practices veiled by allegory that may be in a very profound sense not something that's clearly explained. In one sense, everything worldly is veiled and carries hidden truths that will eventually be unveiled in the mind of humanity.

"An electronic dizzy spell caused by spinning too fast led the European Space Agency (Esa) probe Schiaparelli to crash land on Mars, an investigation has concluded. Scientists said three minutes after entering the Martian atmosphere, “unexpected high rotation” resulted in “saturation” of an instrument in the craft tracking spin rate. " www.theguardian.com/science/2017/may/24/too-much-spin-caused-mars-probe-schiaparelli-crash-experts-sayThus the laws of physics apparently did not apply just when the probe entered the atmosphere of Mars. From somewhere an unknown force appeared and made the probe spin much faster causing malfunction. Hmm! How did that happen?

That's a good question. Perhaps an intelligent force was involved for some unknown reason.

Perhaps the locals did not approve of the probe. It often happens on Earth.

When I first saw Total Recall - about a man who goes to Mars but has his memory replaced - I thought that it was total fiction, but recently on the web there have been some men that claim that essentially it is true. Earth has a military-commercial operation on Mars with 20 year postings and their memories were wiped on return to Earth. The technology seems to have advanced a bit since 1990 when Total Recall was made. www.imdb.com/title/tt0100802/
