Some of the ancient gods were involved in activities that in these days would be regarded as criminal - even as crimes against humanity - not that those gods cared.

> So is morality relative to time and place?
You could possibly say that it is. Look at slavery for example. In ancient times slavery was not considered wrong; nowadays we think it immoral and wrong to exploit people. The way we look at the world now is vastly different to the way people did in biblical times. People's roles in society were more clearly defined than they are now and they didn't expect so many choices in life. It's all about cultural mindset and the time, place and perception of human existence.

I see it as this physical realm is quite the elaborate illusion... where we have choice to do what we deem as right or wrong and face the consequences as such ..so it can be said that morality is based on each separate individual and the elemental's working threw them...
But i believe there is a morality that exists beyond time and space...a sort of universal morality... but this universal morality may not be realized by all humans

I think that what is right for humanity depends on the consciousness of humanity at a given time and place and set of circumstances. Thus it is right that people should help and serve each other according to the needs and consciousness of humanity for their time, place and cultural circumstances.

This morality presumably is relative to (serves) a greater good. What might that be?
I will say that I believe its purpose is served beyond the greater good of humanity...and serves for the greater good of all existence even that which is not human and may exist beyond ones spectrum of awareness ...

There may be some people who have insight into that greater good and can express its nature to the world for the good of humanity. What could come out of this that can enhance the evolution of human kind?
