The methods used for this process with NASA in IceSat-2 is using lasers to penetrate surface layers and much more effective then previous IceSat.

Certainly the Nazis had at least one surface base in Antarctica. Perhaps they too found caverns - that would be harder for the US to attack.

I was a bit hasty in my response. Governments also included with corporations.

Perhaps a year ago there was a NASA video (routine surveillance over Antarctica) showing many craft departing the planet. That is consistent with my own observations during meditation.
