Flame practice:
Challenging day today. Did not have as much attention on the flame as i wanted to, but I have decided to commit to daily practice regardless of circumstances.
I feel like I am getting better at moving the light around in the body. The entity around the right shoulder area was very apparent today. I demanded that it showed it's light. It first felt very forceful but after a while sadness appeared and the words that came to me was "free me" and "free me from suffering". I used forgiveness and the light extending from the flame and it seemed to receive it quite well.
There was a back and forth exchange of energies but eventually it left satisfied. At the end of my practice I sent some more light just to make sure (not sure if it's fully gone or still there).
My intuition was telling me to focus on growing the flame and pushing the light through the body instead of engaging too much with entities and hooks so that's what I focused on primarily.
I was aware of the hook around the abdomen and a worm/larvae type entity at the bottom-front side of my left foot. Also some kind of entity on the right side of the vertebrae parallel to the solar plexus.
As I pushed the light from my throat up to my brain I got a jolt of light from my sacral chakra through the spine up to the brain, felt like it cleared some stuff. Afterwards went into a deep stillness and an erect posture.

Follow the energy line from the hook until you get to the source(s). Do you know who they are? Give them light from the heart. Go back to the hook, surround it with light and take it out. Offer to the owner(s). If they will not take it, give it to the earth.
If they will not take it, that may mean that there is a greater entity driving them. Better to leave that alone at this stage. It may be bigger than you

These are very common and it is good that you could see it so clearly. You can use light from the heart or if you like, generate/visualize a blue light sword and poke the entity off.

It is important to move the energy of the sacral chakra to the throat as part of the process of transcending the elemental aspects of sexuality. You may find your voice becomes more refined

Been travelling all day so haven't had time to update until now (just got home)
Flame practice: I am still refining the mechanics of using intention to push the golden white light from the heart. I find it a bit difficult to push it in a circular fashion (clockwise, anti-clockwise) but getting better at it. Anchoring awareness on the flame is starting to feel more and more natural.
Colour of flame was Forest green, naturally my focus was drawn to the sacral chakra. It felt closely connected to nature and I saw leaves falling and also a small spirit that looked like an elf/druid. The message was to connect more to nature and conserve/rejuvenate my sexual energies. I felt some healing being done around the sacral chakra/bladder area.
At the airport I noticed my presence was larger and people would subconsciously notice the flame in my heart. Also felt like I am being noticed by some higher beings which I haven't felt in a while. It seems to me the practice has been effecting subtle layers of my being.
After a retreat in late October/early November I had an incredible experience where I felt many divine beings watching over me for the duration of a few hours. The feeling was so intense that I could not stop crying and light was beaming from the center of my chest and I could hear many wonderful voices speaking through my heart.
After this experience I had many days of terrible dark nights where I felt very small and egoistic and a horrible longing for the light. Since then things have not been great, but I feel with this practice I am starting to gain back some momentum and am feeling the light slowly seep it's way in.

There are two processes: Use the heart to push the light then visualize the light in clockwise spiral for every part below the neck.
Pushing with the heart is an important practice. You learn to put out heart energy whenever you want

New leaf green is the typical healthy colour for the heart chakra. The Flame however may show the origins of its Light

As your light expands many beings will naturally pay attention and often be nourished

After you have finished your Flame practice, go back in time to the event with those beings. Give them light from your heart and interact with them. Some know you from outside this timeline

First practice of the day:
Flame shifted in colours between yellow, purple and green. Was able to push around the light more effectively today. I experienced pain around the implant area and ringing in the right ear, I did as you suggested earlier and pushed a shaft of light into the implant, it felt like I damaged it and it caused a release of pressure and some kriya's causing neck movements/rotations.
I scanned for the etheric craft and was able to locate it. Inside were 2 greys, as I asked them to remove my implant and that I was going my own path. They stared at me silently but communicated agreement telepathically. I shared them light and love from the heart and continued the practice.
I entered into a mild stillness and time passed quicker than normal at the end of the practice I sensed the flame expanding vertically with a light green colour.

Eventually the Flame in the Heart (Life and Intent) expands to meet the Flame in the Head (consciousness) so that the head and the heart are united

Practiced twice today. Both times were powerful, starting to become more aware of external influences controlling thoughts/emotions. More like being aware of it in the moment instead of immediately getting caught up in it.
Feel their resistance to change coming on strongly, and also resistance of letting go of old belief systems. Will try to be kind with myself in this process and keep going.

Practiced twice today. Focused on refining the technique and making sure to fill the body with light properly. At the end of the second session there was a sensation of the flame expanding down towards the solar plexus and a warm gentle bliss filling the entire torso.
More sensations within the area of the flame and a more loving quality.
The solar plexus (emotional system) is the primary interface with most humans. If people feel emotionally loved/nourished they tend to recover more quickly from illness etc

Just finished my practice. Feeling grateful for this wonderful technique. Strongest session today, everything just flowed very smoothly. Was able to effectively visualize the golden light and push it around without too much difficulty. I have lots of tension around the neck/shoulder area. Felt a lot of energetic/emotional release around the shoulder/back and neck/windpipe. I am impressed by how effective a 20 minute practice can be. Thank you

Flame today was blue and light blue. More activity on the mental plane than usual. Or perhaps I am becoming more aware of the quantity of thoughts. The strength of the practice is igniting an opposing force of resistance to change.
I usually get very powerful emotional currents around the time of the full moon. Which creates difficulty with practice and sleep, this seems to be a common theme. A lot of it gets stuck around the neck/shoulder area.
Focused on sending light to the neck, shoulder and tailbone primarily today. The tailbone seemed to be very receptive to light and caused some slight physical adjustments to my pelvis.
The blocks/obstacles towards the practice feel incredibly strong but I understand consistency is key and perhaps that is a sign it's working.
After you have finished your Flame. Sit with your attention on the upper and lower jaws, intending 5.7. Fill that level with light. Then move attention to upper lip and intend 5.6. Fill it with light. Continue up the front of the head

There seems to be some darkness around the lower back and around the base of the skull

When putting light into the solar plexus, intend 6.1
There looks like a vertebra out of line in the lower neck. Probably a hook causing that

Tail bones seem to be straightening
