This exercise has many subtle effects and for many people is all that is required for a long time.
The objective is to connect to the vertical stream of Spirit where it anchors in the body and bring Light to all parts of the body and thereby to all the energies and intelligences in and connected to the body.
So, sit quietly with the spine erect and the feet and arms uncrossed, preferably in a quiet place.
Put the attention in the heart (centre of the chest - midway up the sternum). Visualise a vertical line of white light from above anchoring in flame of Spirit in the heart. Notice the height, width and colour of the flame.
Visualise an aura of golden-white light around the flame in the heart. That light emanating from the flame will be used to fill and thereby condition the physical body and the light body (aura).
Now using the heart to push, push golden-white light down the left leg into the foot and out into the Earth. Push the light as a tight clockwise spiral down through the thigh bone and shin bone, out into the Earth.
As this is the first time, take some time with this. The foot often will start to tingle as the cells respond to the Light.
Now draw the light back up from the Earth, now spiraling anticlockwise, through the muscles and flesh. Bring the light up to the left hipjoint and stop there.
With practice the whole of the left leg will be filled with light and have a soft tingle.
Now do the right leg - push with the heart, light clockwise through the bones and anti-clockwise up through the flesh.
Now attention back to the heart and push light downwards as a large clockwise spiral filling the whole of the abdomen.
Back to the heart - expand the light, push it out to fill the chest cavity - from front to back and from side to side.
Back to the heart - push the light into the left shoulder then into the arm - clockwise spiral filling the arm and out through the hand - one way only.
Same with the right shoulder and arm.
Back to the heart - push a spiral of light upwards anticlockwise filling the throat into the brain - carefully filling the brain with light and then push the light out through the skull into the hair.
At this stage since the body is filled with light the eye may become single as referenced in the New Testament.
This exercise ought to take about 20 minutes when first being done. Later, as the exercise accelerates the shedding of denser substance from the body it becomes more sensitive to Light and responds quite quickly. The denser substance contains trauma and karma and predisposes to dark behaviour.
The exercise can be done as often as convenient - but a minimum of twice a day is recommended.
One of the key skills being learned here is the use of the heart chakra - the natural focus of humanity.
The exercise accelerates the integration and refinement of the personality so that it may progessively transmit more Spirit.
Golden-white light has specific qualities particularly useful to humans.
I would be interested in reports of progress.

I used to work for a central agency of government and had a dream to stop letting my partner cut my hair and go to a barber instead. So I did.

The exercise above stimulates all the chakras anchored in the physical body - primary, secondary and tertiary chakras - but without identifying them as such. The non-identification avoids improper stimulus.

Feel a bit drained after doing this...I could feel my limbs get lighter but once i get to the head around the eyes is when the focus becomes a bit tricky just need some more practice....i was breathing in rhythm steady controlled using my heart beat as a sort of light generating piston...each beat filling the limb... at time its felt like i was going into a trance state the zoneing out feeling... dont think i have enough energy to keep it steady probably due to my lack of sleep this weekend ...i will practice this and report once i get the visualization going and vibrational awareness of it...Might try to add a vocal hymn or mantra OMMM or el---oooo---heeeemmmm...too see if it has added effect

I have never combined this exercise with breathing. And long ago I damaged my system with a kundalini breathing exercise.
Perhaps it is better to stabilise the practice as it is before making variations.

On my first attempt I found myself straining to push the light on my outbreath. I had to consciously relax and visualize the light moving steadily through both my inbreath and my outbreath. There was a sensation but not tingling. It was more like a gentle touching and a feeling of warmth. My feet are usually cold. After I finished my first leg I brought my feet together and that foot was noticeably warmer.

just took another attempt at this ...got to the point where the hair was filled with light kept my breathing steady and i became hot!! yes like heat to the point i felt like i was on the verge of sweating but my son distracted me and like last night once i get to the eyes and hair part my visualization got a bit skewed...but unlike last nights attempt I felt heat this time very interesting i will try this later when everyones sleeping...also it took about 5 minutes to get to the head it feels if i take too much time my energy begins to drain... also when the eye becomes single what forms of manifestation should be noticed?? i tend to look at mandalas sometimes or certain images threw out the day when out and about...and sometimes I notice them spinning moving as if they are fluid...a common occurrence on hallucinogenic drugs but im sober...is this a common aspect of this exercise ?does this have a sort of hypnotic effect on the body..

Excess heat is common when a high frequency energy enters the body. The body, not being sufficiently pure, constitutes a resistance (as in an electrical circuit) and heat results. Practice of this exercise will increase purity and decrease resistance.

Mathew 6:22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore your eye be single, your whole body shall be full of light.
The causation in Mathew 6:22 is that if one's consciousness is properly manifested in the third eye then the whole body is filled with light. In the exercise we are reversing this: by filling the body with light, progressively the third eye will become active.
The third eye is used for mental plane functions including the mental plane analogues of the physical senses

All true symbols are anchors for energy. Energies move and can be detected visually.
Further, the human sense of vision is actually a combination of inner and outer senses and therefore influenced by spiritual development.
In the case of the moving images, you may find if you concentrate your attention on the physicality of the image then the movement stops. It is only when you let the mind move to higher frequencies that inner quality (movement of energy) combines with the physical reality to produce a composite image in the mind.
Similarly when looking at people's faces we generally see composite images with the physical appearance being modified by the inner qualities of the person.

Also one of the mercerizes i do is the 33 to a hundred CCW or CW revolutions AND the same procedure with the light up and down mostly... do you notice entitys or sort of shadows out the corner eye when practicing this ?...in the times i have practiced this technique it seems after a certain amount of revolutions i start seeing what i can only call shadow figures out the corner of my eye.... and if i keep rotating i start to get that hair standing on end feeling as if theres some sort of presence(s) drawing closer to the vortex of energy im creating ...not a pleasant feeling for some reason so i stop...noted i have only done this in my apartment and each time the shadows tend to appear at specific places in the room ...this is a place where my son noted he dont like going to when its dark and always ask to put the light on since its by the bathroom...do you think environment plays are role when using these techniques.... i might give this one another go in a open field or more natural setting....

I envision bringing my palms in from either side and it narrows and becomes more golden-white. Then I proceed with the exercise.

I suspect that the colours have to do with monadic qualities but would need to make systematic observations before forming an hypothesis

well i been practicing for a few days now ......the visualization and focus is getting quite improved and doesn't take me long to produce what i can only say feels like heat and lightness in limbs....i have gotten also what i can say is somewhat a tunnel vision effect and when practicing yesterday i got very relaxed a feeling like when one is fighting sleep and nodding in and out ....
I used 2 different lights the one i been using most has been the typical color one will notice in Christ like pictures where his heart aflame orange and red contrast...this color generates the most heat in my limbs....the other color i use was a sort of sky blue whiteish light which i can focus more easily on but doesn't have quite the effect as orange and red....the size of the flame is about 3-4 inches....since i had a hard time keeping the focus in the forehead i did a few visualization techniques where i would start in the forehead area ...and now i can hold the focus alot easier very fun exercise and quite the workout lol.... i will keep practicing and see if the tunnel vision effect gets more pronounced...

As when drifting out of the body.

I would be wary about those colours until you can test the qualities they veil.

This is much better and you may note that blue and white are the traditional colours for Freemasonry

The immediate objectives here are:
- practice with the heart chakra - refinement of the light body (aura) - progressive control of the energies of higher consciousness.
As with any valid form of meditation there is opportunity to transcend the technique and move to levels of consciousness not supported by the current state of the etheric nervous system and therefore not able to be supported simultaneously with physical consciousness. The tunnel vision is one symptom related to that separation of consciousness but it is not really to be preferred unless there is some specific task to be done at that intermediate level of consciousness.
A more typical symptom of transcendence having occurred is the unusually rapid passage of time.

At first my mind stayed fairly silent and observed. On subsequent attempts it's running commentary returned. I have been dealing with its interference by telling it "thank you for sharing, now please sit down. I have practiced this thought in the past and find I can do this without breaking my concentration

In a meditation technique that takes the attention to deeper levels of consciousness, the modification of the light body to support higher consciousness will stimulate any rigidities and blockages in the light body and that stimulation will be experienced on physical, emotional and mental levels depending on the nature of the blockage.
Thus, loss of focus is a common symptom of having found a rigidity. We need not analyse the rigidity as this technique will progressively resolve most of them, so as soon as we are aware of the loss of focus we return the attention gently to the technique

That sounds like good advice. lately my spring allergies have been kicking up and I find that when I do this exercise my sinuses start to throb. Perhaps there is always some kind of low grade irritation there during allergy season but I have taught myself to ignore it most of the time. Now that I am trying to work this exercise several times a day I find that I am more likely to take one of those preventative allergy medicines because I am more aware of the irritation.

I found that after a while my body rejected (came out in spots) from medicines that dried up the sinuses.
It may also be of interest to note the levels 5.5 to 5.3 occupy the same physical space in the body as the sinuses so that it is normal to be more aware of the sinuses when working at those levels.
