I love when the Bible is shown to contain codes.
My christmas gift this year is the vision of the three permanent atoms gifting the God/man in his lowly estate.

Six also represents the six senses, the sixth sense being clear vision and the ability to function on the plane of the astral work, which is the next of our many latent faculties to be unfolded. This sense will have much to do in assisting man to gain mastery over his emotional nature.
The figure 6 is a line descending into a circle. The coil with the line descending is symbolic of the serpent’s coil, which descends in 9 and ascends in 6. Therefore, in the case of Six, the serpent is returning upward to the power which was its source.

>Six also represents the six senses There is a Buddhist tradition of 6 senses but Steiner spoke of 12 senses www.waldorflibrary.org/images/stories/articles/twelvesenses.pdfI am not entirely convinced by Steiner's listing for example he has a Sense of Thought. In my view each of the senses exist on every subplane on which humans can be active. Thus the sense of taste exists not only on the physical plane but also on astral and mental planes. Hence a comment may not be in good taste even though the repellent object is actually non-physical, being a thought or attitude. Perhaps then Steiner's sense of thought is the application of touch and sight on the mental plane. Still however he does propose senses of wholeness that have no easy analogies with the conventional 5 or 6 senses. Thus some humans have a sense of identity that transcends physical experience - being able to say "I am" without any descriptor. Another sense of wholeness is the sense of direction that some people seem to lack. I suggest that awareness of oneself in a broader system provides a real-time sense of direction.

The Mystery of the Number Seven
Seven, the immortal number of the Mosaic law, is called the day of completion; for it is said by the ancients that all things were made in seven days. This is true when understood from the esoteric standpoint. All life is divided into seven parts, and the passage of consciousness through these seven divisions constitutes what are known as the "days" of creation.

I would be inclined to qualify that: All manifested life is divided into seven parts.
One of the ways of detecting whether an energy or entity is real is looking beyond the 7 planes (and 49 subplanes) to the 5 electricities.
My theory is that if the electricities are not present then the entity or experience is a projection. Like a TV drama it looks real but is actually contrived.

These seven parts are the centres of consciousness – vowels, notes, colours, and senses in he body of the man cosmic. The pathway of human evolution winds in serpentine fashion in our out through these seven centres, finally uniting them as beads upon its gleaming golden thread.
The so called seven days of creation are not numbered or divided by man-made time. They are steps in the unfolding of the soul, and man finishes a day of creation when he bridges a certain gap between incidents and raises his consciousness one full rate of vibration over his former position.

I mentioned loving kindness just yesterday foxfires.
If we attain a natural attitude of loving kindness I do think that all else will present itself in time. Wisdom, Strength and Beauty. The Good, the Beautiful and the True.
(and you have a nice day too, hug)

I do hope God is a little more creative - at least in my case.

Yeah ... I was kinda hoping for a response to prayer every now and then too Manley P Hall (the author) was apparently self sufficient. (btw - it was quite by chance that the above posts were next in line in this series, and that they seemed relevent to current discussions. I read them quite carefully. Couldn't decide if I was a crank or not and quite relieved to read the freedom from responsibility bit )

>Cranks can never learn the mysteries of creation; for they have narrowed themselves to the circle of their own ideas
Perhaps this forum might assist those suffering from narrowed ideas. On the other hand it might be like jumping in the deep end before learning to swim.

> None has ever gone to heaven who was not master of the seven liberal arts and sciences and all the various elements that make up the knowledge of the earth.
To put that another way - until a brother has mastered the work of the second degree (hidden mysteries of nature and science) s/he is not ready to become a genuine MM.
It is perhaps worth stating that the initiate is always self-made.
The aspiring initiate:
- having learned to control desires, emotions and thoughts, - having accumulating light body substance through right relationship and right lifestyle, - and having committed to the Greater Good,
is recognised by the brethren on high who may admit him to particular energy systems and consolidate his progress by donating patterned substance for his light body.
