I looked at the public records that the post above mentioned and it looks like they appropriated property in 1994 that belonged to the International order. The appropriation was based on Colorado law and the Federation's constitution rather than their charter and oaths to the mother Order. They acquired property that was acquired under the auspices of the international order, by the efforts of that order's members, under charter of that order. They refused to move out of the old order's headquarters, got sued for them, and won because the judge could only apply Colorado law rather than Masonic oaths. It’s nice to see new projects start from scratch acquiring property under their own name. They are a splinter order than ran off with the parent order's assets. This is what the post above refers to as that 5 letter word beginning with F and ending in D

I only know of one person who makes an issue of this.
They say Japan was made by a sword. They say the old gods dipped a coral blade into the ocean, and when they pulled it out four perfect drops fell back into the sea, and those drops became the islands of Japan. I say, Japan was made by a handful of brave men. Warriors, willing to give their lives for what seems to have become a forgotten word: honor. -The Last Samurai

Yeah, sadly, there aren’t too many who would hold others accountable. But the International order tried! Make that at least 5 people plus several bloggers. It’s good to be informed of what other orders are doing. I agree with the concept of mixed Masonry.
