Mind over Matter ...
If every thought influences everything else, as science is telling us, how important is it for us to maintain stability of the mind processes and not give way to fear?
With the current situations in many countries right now, do you believe prayer, meditation etc. can help?
If Karma is being played out why try?
Bad things happen because good men do nothing?
If some 'goodies' are 'baddies' then some 'baddies' are probably 'goodies' ... (guess this where International organisations have a role to play. Red Cross, World Vision, Medicin sans Frontiers and others)
So many thoughts and questions come to mind ...

"This plan was named Operation Northwoods, and entailed the most impossibly indifferent cruelty ever envisioned by a government against its own people. In order to sway public sentiment in favor of the war, the Joint Chiefs planned to bomb high pedestrian-traffic areas in major American cities, including Miami, New York, Washington, D. C., and possibly Chicago and Los Angeles; to frame U. S. citizens for these bombings; to shoot innocent, unarmed civilians on the streets in full view of hundreds of witnesses; to napalm military and merchant vessels in port, while people were aboard; to sink vessels carrying Cuban refugees bound for Florida; to hijack planes for ransom." I seem to recall reading cases of city-scale testing of radioactive fallout and germ warfare.

Of if Karma is being generated?

Tell me about it... Canada looks better and better every second, especially for raising and providing for a family given the economics toward the citizens aspect of their decisions.

Thanks for the link Lorr! I could not believe that document. It was seriously like going through bits and chunks of the 911 media all over again. My wife couldn't believe it either.

We had an article in the Sunday newspaper about the seven nuclear tests conducted at Maralinga back in the 1950's, just 800 kms away from Adelaide, the capital city of South Australia. The British wanted to test the affects of the tests upon people, animals, plant life etc. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_nuclear_tests_at_MaralingaThe article went on to say that documents have come to light that these tests required the testing of bones of a multitude of deceased people - babies through to old age - which were obtained without the permission or knowledge of the relatives.

If you think I am a bit dotty sometimes, maybe I can blame the tests, I live in Adelaide.

I seem to recall that with one Maralinga test the wind blew the wrong way - across NSW - resulting in a trail of throat cancers marking the original wind drift.

Scary really...
Coincidence Bush's brother was governor of Florida at the time of his reign of/on terror?

That's no good about Adelaide. I would get a Geiger counter, like seriously.
You know when we discovered what Germany was up to during WW1 we had them pay for reclamation. Who is making anyone pay for anything any more? All I see is the UN warning people, that didn't work with Hitler either. He just kept invading more and more countries, despite the warnings.
Like with Russia and Ukraine, are we really supposed to believe Russia is low on space?

SO those serving kaos might serve a purpose This reminds me a section in Cosmic Doctrine by Dion Fortune "The secondary spin of the first circuit is the Ring-Pass-Not,and the circuit of the second formation is that sphere which sets a bound to Chaos. On the outer sphere there is also a secondary derivation, and though a spinning circle of motion, it represents, for that Cosmos, the prime stillness, the immobility in which it is rooted, it is the thrust-block of the force of the Cosmos, that which resists, which alone enables momentum to be achieved, and you may call it the Ring-Chaos — the "Prime Evil." It is evolved from the reaction of the prime force in order to take its thrust. It spins at right angles to the prime spin. It counteracts it. It was the attraction of the Ring-Chaos which set the Ring-Cosmos in its second motion, and so formed that secondary spin which we call the Ring-Pass-Not, the prime limitation. Therefore, at base, it is the Prime Evil which enables the Cosmos to come into being.

I believe the motivation for his death was the same as Abraham Lincolns death. They both tried to alter the gold standard.

There is a bit of scuttlebuck around that what gold there is left in Fort Knox belongs to others.

Gold is not really too much of an issue these days, its value being some minute percentage of the world's money supply But it is good to have some stories to help the gold bugs as the trend is not good for them. Here is a graph of gold futures since 2005. The down trend looks well established

It seems clear to me that the banking system is controlled and manipulated to an extent most people on the street would not believe. I just still haven't the faintest idea whether it is for good or evil, although ultimately I think that is an academic question.

Not so academic if you lost your life savings or house as a result of exploitation such as through collateralised debt obligations and mortgage backed securities and Ninja (no income no job) loans.
