ok, what is wrong with the building? the foundations? the walls? adjacent structures? worms in the woodwork?
i think renovation is going to take a while.. setting a new general standard might prove easier.. select an international council that represents all and go from there?
imo it is easier to change from within.. ppl have tried to change it from outside the tent for centuries, but sortof ended up erecting tents of their own..
Anyone who believes in "change from within" has seriously never attempted it within organized Freemasonry.

I suppose one man's too nice is another milquetoast.
I suggest that the use of cultural structures from 5000 years ago imposes a significant constraint on modern Masonry.
For example, do our Asian brethren feel warmly about using Jewish mythology to present Masonic teachings?
Is the God of Israel still regarded as a role model? I think in terms of instructions to raze cities to the ground, kill all the humans and animals and salt the fields. Perhaps it is time to move on.
