For those who think this all gobblygook you might be correct, after all it is a metaphysical exercise.
But the potential real world applications, if it could be refined, include…
1. Instead of just looking at a persons behaviour, it might be possible to get a quicker heads up on how much power could corrupt them, by examining the dominant and upcoming energies of that person, and on how that person deals with them.
2. It might give a heads up as to a future likely genocide creator, or extremist, before they are in a position to harm.
3. Obviously though, until this is much better understood by science, caution must prevail to avoid imagination ruining someone’s career. But over time data collection could offer heads up, advanced notice, insights.
4. Equally it would be important to ensure that democracy isn’t subverted by foreign spooks etc.

It is interesting questioning Google’s Bard. You might have a link below the search box to go on a waiting list. I was cleared to use it pretty much immediately. I gave it some questions on how it deals with good and bad, given global differences. After a few questions it was giving thoughtful answers.
